Concrete plant also called concrete batching plant,concrete mixing plant,concrete batch plant.

Concrete plant, including concrete mixer, concrete batching machine, weighing system, pneumatic system, control system, cement silo, screw conveyor for each work cycle, control system of concrete production. The working process of the concrete plant is as following:

1, measured in the weighing hopper, discharging mouth after discharge from the ingredients;

2, after the measure, unloading flat belt to work, on the flat belt oblique;

3, the inclined belt conveyor will be sent to the upper part of the mixer hopper, waiting for instructions, while the cement and fly ash and other additives are pumped by the pump and delivered to the metering bucket and metering respectively;

4, complete a variety of measurements, command issued by the control system, the material in accordance with the order to throw into the concrete mixer for stirring;

5, after mixing, turn on the concrete mixer machine unloading door, unload the hopper to the concrete mixer, and then enter the next working cycle.
