The mixing host

Material weighing system
Material weighing system is the key component that affects the quality of concrete and the cost of concrete production. Material conveying system

The advantages of hopper lifting are small footprint and simple structure. Belt conveyor has the advantages of large conveying distance, high efficiency and low failure rate. The belt conveyor is mainly suitable for the mixed concrete batching plant with aggregate temporary storage, so as to improve the productivity of the mixed concrete batching plant. Powder conveying: the powder available for concrete is mainly cement, fly ash and mineral powder. At present, the powder conveying method is widely used in the screw conveyor, and the large mixing building adopts pneumatic conveying and scraper conveyor. The advantages of spiral conveying are simple structure, low cost and reliable operation. Liquid delivery mainly refers to water and liquid admixtures, which are transported by pumps respectively.
