There are two commonly used methods for JS4000 concrete mixer bearing replacement. The first is called retreating, which is to drive and force the bearing out using a hammer or sledgehammer and a shim plate. As a frequently applied method, it’s only suitable for loose bearings. And you must take care not to damage the shaft neck during the striving process. The second method is called destructive replacement. This method can only be applied when you are ensured that a bearing has already been damaged. You can just cut the exterior edge of the bearing with a oxygen torch and then take it out easily. Similarly, the shaft neck must be protected as well. This method is suitable for matching bearings with large interference.
