Time:2018-05-02

HZS75 concrete batching plants are regarded as small scale plants by manufacturers, although it ranks middle if judged by productivity. It’s much more popular than plants of larger scale in the market, because its productivity meets current market requirement of new city building. For concrete batching plant investors, it’s only the first step to pick a reliable supplier. After a plant arrives, installation becomes an essential problem. As one of most professional manufacturers in China, Haomei has the following advice for installation of HZS75 concrete batching plants.

First, the cement silos of HZS75 concrete batching plants must not be inclined. Check that the supporting legs are not deformed. Second, the legs must be welded together firmly with foundation embedded parts. A crane should be used to lift the silos onto concrete base vertically. Installers must make sure that the silos stand vertically against the ground before welding it together with the base. The silos may fall down and injure people in case of inclination or loose welding. Third, it’s forbidden to strike standing legs and silos with strong force. Otherwise, the silo may be damaged. Fourth, operators must check periodically whether there are too much cement sticking onto the bag of dust remover. The bag should be cleaned regularly. If you forget to clean the dust removing bag, it’s not a big deal. Our HZS75 concrete batching plants are equipped with a safety valve. Once the bag is blogged and the pressure inside the silo gets stronger than that of the safety valve, the valve will open automatically to release extra pressure. Therefore, there will be no danger of silo explosion.
