　　The model of the new concrete batching plant is HZS180. It is equipped with JS3000 forced mixer of twin shafts. The mixer, of new shaft-end seal technology, has improved speed reducer, which enables it to mix high-grade concrete, wet mortar as well as common concrete. With high efficiency and good mixing quality, JS3000 proves to be the best equipment for concrete batching plants of multiple function. The loading hopper of our new plant is of mobile type to meet requirement for prefabricated parts production and usage of mixer trucks. Mobile hoppers can be controlled by a remoter to move forward or backward, interchanging quickly between two production modes. The dispenser is ground type with concrete-structured storage hoppers. The height of enclosed walls are decided in accordance with specific needs. Ground dispenser makes it possible to produce concrete in large scales and at low temperatures in winter. Rotary screw air compressor is adopted as air supply system. Both the cooling machine and air storage tank are of well-known brands. Delivering air stably, the system can meet requirements of users for large quantity of air. As for conveying system of the concrete batching plant, mother-son screw conveyor is applied to deliver powder material. Distributary pipelines are used for additive supply and one-way valve for water supply. Other materials, including cement, coal ash, mine powder and stainless steel additive, are measured separately by different scales.
