Which type of concrete mixer we choose for a concrete batching plant largely depends on our practical needs about concrete and projects. At present there are JZC, JZM, JDC and JS series of mixers.
Mixers whose model number begins with JZC belong to free-falling bi-pyramid reverse discharging type. The mixing tank, driven by tooth rings, rotates forward for mixing while backward for discharging. JZC mixers can deal with plastic and half-dry concrete. Its model numbers include JZC250, JZC350, JZC500 and JZC750, among which JZC750, the only one of stationary type, can be combined with a dosing machine to form a simple concrete batching plant. JZM series of mixers, including JZM 350 and JZM500, also rotate forward for mixing and backward for discharging like JZC mixers. It’s featured by low noise, stable operation, quality mixing, good mobility and high efficiency, especially suitable for concrete batching plants near neighborhoods. JS mixers have much more types like JS500, JS750, JS1000, JS1500, JS2000, JS3000 and JSS4000 etc. As the most widely applied mixer type, JS can work independently, or work together with PLD dosing machines as a simple concrete bathing plant, or serves as mixers for large batching plants. JDC is a new type of single horizontal shaft mixer. It has two models: 350 and 500.
